Meet the new(ish) faces of Team Workhorse.

▪️Former Track & Field, CC, Wrestling, and Football athlete
Coach Cameron will be taking over the Tuesday 5am Strength & Conditioning coaching role when is out for a work trip. Coach Cameron is currently waitlisted for personal training clients, but may take on new clients in the future.

▪️Highly passionate about helping adults gain and maintain strength, mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing as they enter and thrive in the second half of their life

Renee is not new to Workhorse OR to Team Workhorse. In fact, she was our FIRST member EVER in 2019. After graduating from 200hr YTT, Renee joined Team Workhorse at Workhorse V1.
She is now back in a Mobility and Athlete Recovery Specialist role, helping us keep our athletes healthy, happy, and moving well between strength and endurance training sessions.
