Paced a Marathon for Run Oak Island on Sunday, February 15…..(after A 10 K on Saturday, February 14.). Brought in some first time marathoners for their personal best times! Just had to get used to these new pacing flags attached to backpacks! Sooooo big!

A different kind of race today…..a 10K instead of a marathon …..at Oak Island / Coastal Race Productions. First in age group….24th out of 1251. And tomorrow…..Doc is set to pace a marathon……encouraging others to achieve their personal bests!
