Welcome, my name is Meg Burge and I’m so happy you’re here! I aim to create classes that are both fun and challenging, while also being accessible and deeply restorative. Drawing from a background in health, wellness, yoga, recovery, nature and science, my offerings are designed to draw you into deeper connection, both within and without. My training includes: somatic yin, yoga sculpt, vinyasa flow, personal training, Reiki, yoga nidra, meditation, breathwork, standup paddle board yoga, group fitness, and indoor cycling.
I’m passionate about recovery, animals, nature, my family, true connection, and community. I enjoy exploring new places and seeing different ways of living. Sharing good books and adventure recommendations is the best. Let me know what you love!
