Happy Spring - It's a good time to begin again!
After many years of working with people through some of life's most significant transitions — grief, divorce, identity shifts, health crises — I've grown to love the transition and opportunity of seasons!
Springtime comes year after year with certainty. March equinox the sun comes up and Spring is here and OPEN!

Right where you are today — whether you're rebuilding your momentum, carrying grief, or searching for clarity about something in your life -- your pathway is open for a reset.
We are always growing. Always becoming more. That doesn't stop at any age, any season, or any setback. We could hit seasonal roadblocks which spin up confusion and detour us off track.
But here's the practical takeaway —
You don't have to see the full picture.
You don't have to have it all figured out.
You just have to show up for yourSELF - in the season that you are in!
