Parents, risky play is important! 👶💜⁠

As a pediatric PT and mom of three, I’ve learned that letting kids explore movement, even when it feels a little risky, is how they develop balance ✔️, coordination ✔️, and body awareness ✔️. ⁠

👣 Toddler shoe pick! 👣⁠

As a pediatric physical therapist, I always recommend letting little feet stay barefoot as long as possible. Shoes should only come into play when the environment calls for it (hot pavement, sharp objects, or cold surfaces).⁠
⁠
That said, when your toddler does need shoes, I love Shoes! ⁠
