Landmark Therapy is looking to hire remote counselors to join our growing practice based out of Troy, Michigan. This is a 1099 contractor position. We are looking for a part-time or full-time clinicians to perform telehealth services for adults, children, and adolescents throughout the State of Michigan. Must have an active Michigan license as a LMSW or LPC and be fully licensed. Landmark Therapy offers referrals, marketing assistance, practice management software, integrated billing services, competitive fee split, and flexibility to set your own hours. This is a remote position and can be performed from home.

Qualifications:

· Master’s level and above

· LMSW, LPC (Full License)

· At least five years of clinical experience in the field

· Interested in providing a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week; some evening and/or Saturday appointments expected

· Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology (desktop or laptop computer) is required

· Willingness to embrace the use of technology in providing Telehealth services

Summary of essential job functions:

· Knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities for effective practice in outpatient settings.

· Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to function with minimal supervision.

· Exercise HIPAA compliance.

· Flexibility to work during times clients prefer the most (i.e., early mornings, evenings, or weekends).

· Maintain a complete and updated clinical record for each assigned client; utilize the agency’s established standard operating procedure to comply with documentation requirements.

· Must have excellent clinical skills and be able to treat all DSM 5 disorders in a manner consistent with ethical and proven therapy techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $42,212.00 - $100,000.00 per year
