Adding neurocognitive training into ACL programs now 🧠💪🏽
What is neurocognitive rehabilitation?
✅ When an athlete is given a task to focus on—mental, auditory, verbal, or kinesthetic cues—while simultaneously performing a movement (like single leg balance in this video)
Why add this?
✅ Because sport isn’t just physical. Athletes are constantly processing, reacting, and making decisions in real time. Training the brain + body together prepares you for the chaos of the game.
