Out of Office ✈️
I’ll be out of the office through Monday, October 13th, spending some much-needed time with my family in Florida this weekend. All calls and texts will be returned once I’m back in the office on Tuesday, October 14th, when we resume normal hours.

Mobility isn’t just flexibility—it’s your ability to move a joint through its full, healthy range of motion. When you don’t train mobility, your body gradually loses it. This shows up as stiffness, limited motion, and even compensation patterns that can lead to pain or injury over time ⚠️

This past weekend, we had the privilege of helping sponsor Jamo day; a back to school event giving back to inner Detroit city kids hosted by (Detroit Lions Wide Receiver) / .athlete.collective . 500 backpacks 🎒 were filled and handed out to kids with several supplies needed to start the school year on the right foot. 📚✏️
