Went on an organizing spree and went through every piece of my craft supply drawers and my closet, to tame what was becoming a chaotic mess, when I have to look 5 times for one thing, that's when it's a mess, and I decided to fix that.

Also, because I have more supplies coming at end of the month, I needed to make space and really do some tighter packing of the stuff I already have, so I have room for more. If it keeps on, I'm going to need another closet!

Made a test batch of our soon-to-debut Sacred Elements Luxe Body Butter, and I'm extremely pleased with it! It smells exactly like Vanilla Creme Cake, and melts on the skin like silk, which is what I intended! You open that jar and immediately smell sweet vanilla butter cake, yummy!

I might adjust my recipe, because it whipped into a texture like thick, soft set pudding instead of highly peaked, thick whipped cool whip, which is what most body butter looks like. Then again, I like my formulation so I may just keep it as is... I'll let it sit awhile and go back and test again and see...

Got more ingredients coming by end of the month, then I can start major production! Super excited! come check it out!

Update** Second Pic is the set product with the top scored to show texture and color is even and fluffy! The scent intensified after settling overnight and it's just heavenly!

In other news, while I am in the process of making a couple of new products, I have to deal with a water leak problem in my apartment, stemming from a mystery leak in one of the upper floors.

I currently have a quite large sized area of ruined ceiling tile, parts of the wall, bubbling paint, and soaked carpet, in both the living area and bedroom, and what may be my heater element if they don't hurry up and get to it, as it is leaking from around the ductwork directly above my heater element, and is spreading slowly across the ceiling. I'm thankful it is only a steady dripping and not an actual flood.

Water dripping down and around an ancient modified electrical heating system? Soaked carpet? Wet underflooring? Wet Drywall? What could possibly go wrong? My only relief from it all is that I'm not required to pay for repairs.

Hired contractors keep having to go and make extensive repairs in several apartments due to water trickling down and leaking from ceilings and going down the walls. Just a week or so ago, the floor above me sounded like they were tearing several walls and flooring apart. The work they did either did not hold, or the pipes or etc. busted again. We have had several days of 15-degree daytime temps and snow.

Three years back, that very same floor suffered a flood and a fire stemming from frozen pipes busting in an empty apartment, which started an electrical fire.

Several apartments are affected and they have yet to find the actual beginning source of the problem, so the workers are basically repairing as they go until they can get to the root cause.

Soon we are going to make a small test batch of what hopefully will be our new inspired Awakened Vitality Soap and Body Scrub. I love coffee anything, so I'm excited to see what this blend will do!

Featuring strong dark coffee, with gentle swirls of brown sugar, cream, and vanilla to add balance, this blend will be warm and decadent with that perky zing of fresh coffee, meant to refresh and awaken the senses and the spirit.

The idea behind our newest creation, is that caffeine infused products, wakes up your face, your body, and you!! The right blend smells amazing, and finely ground coffee and other exfoliants, removes dead skin and dirt, and harmful spiritual energies from your skin, hair and aura! I have some caffeine infused face cream from another company that I love, and that cream is some pretty nice stuff! (That's another product idea I've been contemplating!)

Also, we will be formulating Sacred Element Soaps this week, featuring a blend of Earth, Air ,Fire, and Water infused essences and energies.

I'm extremely tempted to get into lye based cold process making, mostly because that is what everyone is raving about now... and every ad and video I see is about this type of soap. Do I join the soap queen masses, or keep it easy, cost efficient, and simple?

I've seen these ladies on here making up giant tubs of cold process soap and making dozens of bars at one go, and honestly, I don't have the space and the budget for that right now, so I feel a tad put off from it for the moment... 😅😬

I'm personally happy with what I'm making now, because it comes out great and smells awesome. Cold process with lye and etc.. is also somewhat costly to my smaller supplies budget, and then there is the longer process of creation. Maybe next month's budget will allow for some extra ingredients to be bought...
