*Struggle with anxiety?*

Let's talk about mental health and massage.
Two things that play a very large part in my life.
I struggle hard and often with anxiety, and I like to be an open book with this because I know others do too. It wreaks havoc on my mind and in my life.
Having a "tool box" of ways to cope is a must and if you don't already, you should have massage therapy in that box.
Massage is great for a lot of things and yes it helps physically but mentally..... oooo the things it does for me mentally! 😌 I can't even begin to explain the enourmous calming effect it has on my nervous system.
While receiving a massage, your body is releasing a sleu of helpful neurohormones (hormones produced by the nervous system). From dopamine to serotonin to oxytocin, these helpful hormones can dramatically help reduce the symptoms of anxiety and leave you feeling balanced and centered.
