I’m a certified yoga teacher, and therapeutic practitioner,
combining fluid movement with intentional breath to create a space of healing and self-discovery. I completed my 200-hour training with Be. Yoga, where Kristin guided us in finding our voice through the teachings of Erich Schiffmann, B.K.S. Iyengar, and Ganga White.

Yoga has imprinted on me, just as I have on it. I teach with deep respect for every body and remain forever a student—expressing my passion through words, movement, and creativity. 🤎
