🚨 We’re Hiring! 🚨

Fusion Sports Performance & Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated Exercise Physiologist / Sports Performance Coach / Athletic Trainer to join our team.

If you’re passionate about developing athletes and using performance data to drive real results — this is for you.

At Fusion, you’ll:
✔️ Design customized strength & conditioning and Sports Performance programs
✔️ Use performance tech (ForceDecks, timing gates, HR monitors) to track and optimize results
✔️ Lead training sessions
✔️ Support high school, college & professional athletes
✔️ Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
• ATC or CSCS preferred
• Experience coaching athletes preferred
• Strong communication & organization skills

What We Offer:
• 20–30 hours per week
• Performance-based bonuses
• Continuing education stipend
• Afternoon, evening & weekend hours

Fusion Sports Performance & Physical Therapy is proud to welcome back Austin Florian and celebrate an extraordinary achievement. Olympic skeleton athlete and record holder. Your journey to the world stage has been incredible, and we’re honored to be part of it.
They say it takes a village to raise an Olympian… and we’ve got a pretty great one. From training and rehab to recovery and support, this is what team effort looks like.
And of course, no champion is complete without Fusion’s favorite assistant coach and mascot, Sasha, always keeping spirits high and standards even higher.
