Never apologize for needing a break.
Never apologize for pulling back.
Never apologize for being self-full.
Never apologize for needing alone time.
Never apologize for breaking.
Never apologize for not forgetting yourself.
Never apologize for seeking mental health help.
Never apologize for asking for financial help.
Never apologize for ghosting life. Life can be too much sometimes.
Never apologize for taking a social media break.
If you have a dollar in the bank, it will be okay.
If you pay child support, it will soon come to an end. It will be okay.
If your life is not where you want it to be. It will be okay.
If you don’t have a car at this time. It will be okay.
If you haven’t been able to conceive. It will be okay.
If you have survived the pandemic. It will be okay.
If you can’t pay your bills, it will be okay.
If you have lost a loved one, going through physical and mental illnesses it gets better. One day at a time. It will soon be okay.
If you have been betrayed and abandoned, it will be okay.
If you aren’t married yet, it will be okay.
If you just got a divorce, it will be okay.
Get used to things being okay as life is not always perfect.
There are things that many of us struggle with, things that don’t have a camera lens view into mind.
Sometimes struggles look just like “tWitch” Boss in this pic below. Dancing, making other people feel good, and having no cares in the world. This man seemingly had it all.
What’s not okay, when no one checks on you!
Check in on those who you love. Remember you can’t do it all. Ground yourself in faith and surround yourself with people, activities and every avenue of knowledge that inspires you inorder to remain above ground and fight through the uneasy, uncomfortable and discord in the mind.
For those that are struggling, remember there are people on the other side of this who need you in this life. Your life matters. Or call the su***de prevention line or visit www.psychconnectonline.com or call 1-833-ONPSYCH.
It will be okay! ❤️
