ATTN: PHYSICIAN DEPARTURE NOTICE

We hope this letter finds you in good health. We would like to inform you about a significant change that will be taking place at our medical practice. Dr. Bosley will be departing Prism Dermatology effective October 31st, 2023.

We understand that the relationship between a physician and their patients is one built on trust, open communication, and continuity of care. We assure you that your medical needs will continue to be our utmost priority during this transition. If you would like to transfer your care to another local practice, please be assured that your medical records will be securely transferred to the new practice in accordance with all relevant privacy laws and regulations.

One should visit the dermatologist at least once each year for a thorough skin examination! If you are experiencing issues such as a rash or acne in between a yearly visit or follow-ups are recommended, there may be more visits necessary in order to ensure you are diagnosed and properly treated.
