These two upper vertebrae, C1-2 (atlas and axis) are really important to keep in good alignment. Sometimes when they get misaligned you might notice dizziness or foggy brain. And maybe those muscles surrounding the area are tight as well😜
Time to do something about it!

Massage and stretching is important and can help for sure.
However, if you’re really experiencing dizziness and it just won’t go away, I’d recommend chiropractic. They can help align those vertebrae and help to ease the dizziness.
