Office hours December 22-31, 2020 may be limited due to our Patients and Staffs preference to celebrate the Holiday Season outside our office. The office is closed December 25 and January 1 and Tuesdays.

If you need a refill and we are closed early, please ask your pharmacist to fax the request to our office. If you need anything that is not an emergency, please call the office on the next business morning or fax our office and we will respond on the next business morning.

All Medical Emergencies should call the answering service; go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center; or dial 911. The office answering service is 631-513-4841.
