We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill an exciting position in a our chiropractic office. Applicant must love working in a fast paced, creative, and often challenging environment. This position will have an active role in patient care; you must have a passion for your own health as well as for helping others. Individual must also be outgoing and friendly, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. We are looking for a leader who will be able to embrace our vision and guide our practice toward continued growth. Duties will include:
* Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
* Have a warm, caring personality
* Schedule patients, answering telephone, learn new software system, file
* Collect copays, deductibles and payments for services
*Order office supplies and other patient necessities
*Complete training to become a Chiropractic Assistant (paid for by employer)
*Work with insurance companies to verify patient coverage, address insurance issues, etc.
* Be able to work independently and take initiative
* Be a willing and fast learner with strong detail orientation
* Have excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships including high level listening and problem solving skills
* Be a self starter
* Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines
*assist with some medical billing responsibilities including entering insurance payments into computer

Position type: 35-40 hours a week Full Time
Pay: $12-15 per hour depending on experience

Tuesday: 7:30am-6pm
Wed: off
Thurs: 7:30am to 6pm
Friday: 7:30am to 2pm
Start time and stop time changes a little based on patient scheduling.
