Finished changing out 1500 feet of main line and installing all the drops which connect to the taps to the main line. Ready now to tap individual trees individual trees and collect that wonderful sap when our weather is cast to be freezing nights below 32 degrees with temperatures above freezing preferably in upper 30s to 40s. Will let you know when we tap and start the 2026 Maple season.

We will have our Hope’s Harvest Maple Syrup for sale at the Putnam Farmers Market Pop up market this Saturday December 13. Open from 9 till noon. Makes a great Christmas present. 🎄 We will also have some freshly harvested turnips and some Maple syrup glazed hazelnuts. Hope to see you there! The market is inside Area 34.

We will be at the Putnam Farmers Market this Saturday the 20th of September. This will be our last market of the season so stop by and stock up on Maple syrup and potatoes. We will have a limited amount of other produce. 🍁
