If Alabama weather keeps changing its mind every 5 minutes, your eyes probably feel it too. 🌦 We’ve had sunshine, rain, wind, and pollen all in one weekend. 😅

Fun eye fact:
Windy weather can actually dry out your tear film, which can make your eyes feel gritty, watery, or blurry.

I know this sounds funny, but watery eyes are often your eyes’ way of saying they’re actually too dry. They start producing extra tears to try to overcompensate for the dryness.

So if your eyes have been acting strange lately…
