Some of you have asked for Retreat and Restorative Series dates for the winter and so I'm rolling out the whole winter schedule so you can plan ahead! I'll also continue my Monday Slow Flow classes at 4:30pm throughout the winter. All classes and retreats will be held at Acadia Yurts , I will list the dates here but you can also see the schedule on my website at https://www.erikaelizabeth.net/

Next week we start Restorative Classes on Thursdays at 10:30 am at Acadia Yurts, time to surrender, to lay down our burdens and rest our bodies. Can’t wait💗 five class session available for $100, drop in rate is $25. Although this class is mostly women, men are welcome as well!

This past weekends Tending the Bones retreat was sooo sweet 💗It was a smaller group than usual and the comfort and intimacy of the gathering was a welcome change. Seven women gathering to nourish and rest, to tend to the quiet parts of ourselves. We as humans are so busy, our lives so rich and full. I am deeply grateful to these women who paused and came to unwind, to rest and tune inwards. It is my hope that I can help to ease the weight we all carry, to illuminate the beauty and light each of us harbor. Thank you Acadia Yurts for sharing your beautiful space ✨
