This is Si. We started slow — only 50 mL/day of Rebuild for the first couple weeks due to gut sensitivity. Once he reached full strength of 90 ml’s, he took a short, well long trip of Pepsis Reset, then transitioned to Pepsis Repair + Rebuild (90 mL/day each). Repair in the morning and Rebuild at night
