Practicing yoga or other kinds of physical movement in conjunction with your therapy work can make a big difference in reducing trauma or other depression and anxiety symptoms. In September, we had a yoga night taught by our awesome office manager, Danica, who is trained in trauma informed yoga. It was so healing as we listened to the birds and stretched in the grass.

Winter is coming, so let's all fight the seasonal depression with movement! Find what works for you through the cold months and you will have a better chance at maintaining your mood! ❄️

I'm slow at posting, but beyond excited to be part of the Utah Valley BusinessQ's 40 Under 40! The western photo shoot was so much fun for me and I am impressed with the work and professionalism of and .photos

Hope Therapy is so important to me and has been a labor of love for the last 6 years. We owe so much of our growth to every client who has trusted us in their journey to healing and the most All Star therapists who care beyond measure. We have grown like a w**d in the last couple years and will continue to do so. Thank you for the recognition - I didn't think I needed it, but it does feel good to celebrate such a meaningful thing for a minute!

And anyone who knows us also knows the real MVP is my husband, Ed who has been a huge part of the business and secretly nominated me for this award without me knowing. We were in DisneyLand and I showed him a text on my phone thinking it was spam. He was so excited I was chosen and started crying while I was stunned and panicking. He has always celebrated me in this area and he also deserves so much of the credit.

(Amanda here) We hardly post anything on this account, but I need to say how grateful I am for this group of therapists (and others not pictured). I admire each one of them as people and learn from them constantly. They are skilled therapists who make a real impact in people's lives every day. We have one of the most rewarding jobs and I am so grateful to run this practice knowing that these are our providers. Another quality group is starting up for women who have experienced any kind of trauma. Katie Whiting is a wonderful group facilitator and therapist keeping groups informative, experiential, expressive and safe. This group is special because it will be the same group of women for 12 weeks continuously! It starts on April 29th and will run for 1.5 hours on Thursday nights at our office in Spanish Fork.
