****NO YOGA TOMORROW****
My heart is shattered. 💔
Yesterday morning, we lost my beautiful mother-in-law due to a rare complication from her pacemaker, something with less than a 1% chance of happening. She was my whole world. The easiest person on this earth to love.
She taught me what unconditional love truly means. She loved me like her own daughter and made me feel like I was hers. Over the past year, I had the honor of being by her side every day; helping her, laughing with her, shopping, lunches, hanging with all her friends playing cards and soaking in her warmth and wisdom. What a gift that time was.
She had the most incredible group of high school friends who have loved and cared for one another for over 60 years which is a true testament to the kind of person she was. She raised an amazing son, my husband, who she adored with all her heart. Their bond was something so special, and one of the reasons I love him the way I do.
It’s hard to catch my breath knowing we won’t spend another holiday, birthday, or even an ordinary day together. The world feels dimmer without her light. My heart feels like it’s been broken into a million pieces. 💔
But even in the deepest grief, there’s a quiet knowing that she was welcomed into the arms of so many who went before her — her beloved husband, Pa, who passed just three months ago, her beautiful daughter Lisa, her grandson Tony, and her siblings and parents. What a glorious reunion that must have been.
Though we can no longer hold her hand, her love surrounds us still. I know her light will continue to guide us in gentle whispers, in moments of peace, in the warmth of family, and in every bit of love we share. Her spirit is eternal, and her love lives on in all of us. 💜
Please spend tomorrow instead of yoga, taking time with YOUR family, honoring your special bonds, showing love and gratitude for the time you get to share together. Life is so short and it’s of the upmost importance to let your loved once know just how much you cherish every single moment!
Im honored to know each and every one of you and I can’t thank you enough for your love & support.
With all my love & GRACE
