Increase flexibility and movement in the body by identifying imbalances and misperceptions in the mind.

I specialize in structural, trigger point, and injury massages. When people have specific issues such as shin splints, IT Band issues, running pains, back & shoulder pains, rounded shoulders, etc., I am able to aide in correcting it. I am also able to help with long and short term headaches. This includes but is not limited to headaches caused by TMJD, tension, and/or stress. Recovering from surgery isn't easy, and I am able to help speed up the healing process of back and knee surgery. In the end, my main goals are to have you walk out feeling better than when you entered, being assured that my work is quality work, and that I care about you and helping with your issues. What an incredible experience!

I knew this retreat was going to be special. The way it came into my heart was too guided to be anything else. But the reality of it blew me away!

Every participant played all out. I asked these women to do really hard things! I asked them to continuously challenge themselves and their beliefs. I asked them to connect to themselves and listen to their bodies- to get vulnerable and real. I asked them to do yoga on a paddleboard thinking about what scares them in life. And again doing deep breath work session. And AGAIN on an aerial ropes course. Every single one leaned into the discomfort and had incredible experiences!

I can tell you all day long you're worthy but when your body shows you... life changes!

Don’t underestimate what four days can do for your life.

Have you ever felt that unshakable pull toward something?

That sense that this is where you’re meant to be — even if it doesn’t make sense on paper?
That’s how I felt eighteen months ago about a retreat.

I’d been dreaming about doing bodywork on retreats. Then, in one week, I was invited to support not one but two retreats with bodywork and coaching.

Since then, I’ve supported retreats in Costa Rica, Alaska, and Mexico. I just booked my ticket for a retreat in Greece — and now I’m hosting my own.

But here’s the part I don’t want you to miss…
Attending that first retreat was not convenient.
My husband was out of work. I was the main breadwinner. The numbers did not add up.
And yet… I knew it was right. I said yes anyway.

Those four days shifted my entire trajectory — in my work, my faith, my confidence, and my alignment.

I had a sick dog yesterday ... thank you bones I will never buy again! He threw up probably 8 times. And three of those were on my bed 🤢🤢🤢

I told Cam I wanted to deep clean our bedroom this week while he was home and it hadn't happened yet. The vomit definitely motivated me!

I used to think my room was super boring and I needed pictures on the walls but I didn't know what I wanted. Turns out I like it REALLY plain with as little stuff in it as possible. I threw away ELEVEN notebooks 😂 I might have a notebook problem.

Anyways, I love how clean and empty it is. It feels so homey and calm to me!

Let's not talk about my closet, though. That's a project for another day 🥴

Being able to help my clients understand how they function, how they make decisions, what gifts and strengths they have and how to support themselves has been so rewarding!

Can we talk about anger?

We as women have been taught to be nice, polite, presentable and courteous. "Be on your best behavior. Be ladylike" they say.

My mom often told my sister and I that she failed in teaching us to be ladylike. Not for lack of trying! Heaven knows she tried! But for lack of us desiring to execute it. I think my sister and I both felt like we'd rather express ourselves than fit into a box. Praise my parents for not squelching that!

Expressing yourself also requires a certain level of acceptance- or at least tolerance- of your own anger.

Anger is not a bad thing! It's a cue that a boundary has been crossed. Anger is a very beautiful emotion when you let it propel you into action and align you with your values.

The potential for anger to be dangerous is when we hold on to it and stew in it.

Let yourself feel the anger. Take the action you need to take. And while doing so, connect to your values (your personal principles and standard of behavior) as you move forward.

You will experience more relief in your body when you can make friends with your emotions of anger.
