After nearly four incredible decades of service, Acts has announced an important leadership update.

CEO Gerald T. Grant has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to retire at the end of 2026. He will continue to serve as CEO through the conclusion of his term, maintaining full responsibility for Acts' operations and strategic direction during this planned transition.

The Board has initiated a succession process as part of its comprehensive leadership planning, with a full-year transition timeline designed to ensure continuity and long-term success.

We are deeply grateful for Mr. Grant's nearly 40 years of leadership and impact, and remain fully committed to our mission, our residents, and our stakeholders.

Westminster Village stepped back into the roaring 1920s with a lively speakeasy reenactment! 🕺🍸 Guests needed passwords to get past the door bouncers, and everyone had a blast in their vintage costumes! 🎩🎷✨

Resident Janie Sims led a festive garland-making activity at Westminster Village! 🎄✨ The beautiful garland now frames the view down a hall lined with sparkling Christmas trees, adding even more holiday cheer! 🌟🎁

🎄 Each department at Westminster Village decorated a tree for the holidays. Residents will vote on their favorite, and the winning department earns bragging rights for the season! 🌟✨

✨ Westminster Village celebrated the annual tree lighting ceremony with festive cheer! Residents enjoyed photos with Santa Walt, beautiful music from Rebecca and Matthew Atkinson, and carols led by Mary Varner. Chaplain Mark shared the Christmas story, blessed the tree, and everyone joined in to light it together. 🎄🎅❤️✨

Westminster Village honored Veterans Day with a powerful and heartfelt celebration! 🇺🇸🎖️ Three of our veterans received handmade Quilts of Valor from resident Pattilynne Miller-Skeele, followed by a ceremonial cake cutting using special swords representing the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps, each celebrating 300 years of service.

Members of each branch shared brief histories, and resident Dick Metzler beautifully coordinated and emceed the program. Thank you to all who served and to those who helped make this event so meaningful! ❤️🪖

Westminster Village celebrated Oktoberfest with authentic German music and delicious traditional foods! 🇩🇪🎶🥨 Residents enjoyed the festive atmosphere filled with great tunes, hearty bites, and cheerful company. Prost to a wonderful time together! 🍻🍁
