Meet Erin, our new Dining Director! She’s been creating memorable dining experiences for nearly three decades and is thrilled to bring her passion for food and hospitality to our community.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Erin now proudly calls Nevada home. Outside of work, she loves to cook (she even owned her own catering company!), spend time outdoors camping, hiking, skiing, and fishing, and play the piano and guitar. She shares her adventures with her 10-year-old son, Gus, and her 7-year-old daughter, Hazel.

We’re thrilled to have Erin lead our dining program and continue our tradition of great food and quality senior care. Drop a “Welcome, Erin!” in the comments to help us make her feel at home!
