Today Maverick had a post 6 week CT scan from his regular last month.

At the end of January he had the swollen lymph nodes that landed him at the ER. A sonogram was done that night and then the next few days his routine CT and MRI. All of these were lead to believe it was fine and just them doing their job of fighting off colds.

Fast forward to today - they wanted to do a 6 week CT to be extra cautious. THEY ARE CLEAR. God is good ALL OF THE TIME 🙏🏼

Busy week for Mr. Maverick! He had his 6 month dentist appointment today. Molars coming in, everything cleaned, and all look great!

AND both front teeth are loose. 🦷🪥🦷

Tomorrow, he is back at Hopkins for a follow up CT to make sure his lymph nodes are going down from last month.

Finished the season off 💪🏼 today! Until next year indoor soccer, up next baseball! ⚽️🥅⚾️🧢

Look who made the spotlight today at school! ⭐️💪🏼📓

Maverick shined today like the real hero he is with a positive office referral! His principal called his mom this afternoon with Maverick alongside him to read ALL of the KIND words on this. Displaying his kindness, smartness, and his heart for everyone he truly makes everyone so proud.

God is good, and that’s the unwavering truth 🙏🏼

In the midst of life's chaos, prayer becomes a boundless conversation with the divine, unfolding in the most ordinary moments.

Last week, Maverick went to the ER, his lymph nodes severely swollen. The medical team swiftly reassured, their diagnosis pointing to a mere reaction to common colds, the flu, and other viruses. A CT scan the next day echoed this reassurance. The comprehensive full-body MRI scan yesterday would reveal any potential issues.

A call last night from the medical team - Maverick's scans were spotless, a perfect testament to divine protection. CLEAR! Thanking God for watching over Maverick! May this be a reminder to pray without ceasing, to love with abandon, and to cultivate gratitude.

We hope everyone is gearing up for the snow and 2026 has been treating you well! 🫶🏼

We have a lot up upcoming for Maverick:

➡️ his birthday party was rescheduled after Christmas due to him having the flu, and now it is this weekend, but it looks like a snowstorm is going to hit so fingers crossed!
➡️regular season soccer game
➡️ CT scan on Thursday, January 29th and clinic follow up the same day
➡️ MRI scan Monday, February 2nd

Now that Maverick is past his one year he will now transition to every four month scans!

Hoping everyone has had a great start to 2026 🎆🎇

This week, Maverick returned to school after winter break and fighting the flu. Needless to say he was so excited. It was spirit week, and today was his favorite! Wear your favorite team and player day - so we know what that was!

We can’t let the Christmas season pass without showing how important it is to give back.

This year, again - a team of wonderful people dropped off donations to Johns Hopkins Children's Center for the snowflake station. This benefits children and their family in the hospital for the holidays, and so much more.
