Orthodontic emergencies are rare, but if something is causing real pain or you can’t fix it yourself, please call our office so we can help.

Many small issues - like poking wires or loose pieces - can be made more comfortable at home with wax or by gently moving the wire back into place. These temporary fixes can help until we see you in the office.

Avoiding hard, sticky, and chewy foods (and skipping habits like nail biting) can also prevent most emergency visits.
