The Yoga Studio

The Yoga Studio The Yoga Studio is located in historic downtown Sparta, WI. We also offer Hot yoga. The yoga sessions are typically 8 weeks long.

We offer a variety of yoga classes, with a class to fit anyone from a beginner to an advanced level yoga student. You have an option to sign up for an 8 week session (usually $40 per session
), get a punch card($70 for 10 classes), or simply walk in for an $8 drop-in fee.
