We’re kicking off 2026 with our first open enrollment program of the year — Ice Rescue Technician and Technician Refresher, hosted by the Kinnelon Fire Department.

This three-day program runs January 9–11, 2026 at 103 Kiel Ave, Kinnelon, NJ 07405 and delivers real-world, in-the-water training built to NFPA standards. The full Ice Rescue Technician course covers Awareness, Operations, and Technician-level skills and is limited to 40 students. The Technician Refresher is capped at 16 students and requires a valid technician-level certification to enroll.

Full Course Tuition is $335 per student. Refresher Tuition is $175 per student. Registration deadline is January 2, 2026, and spots will fill fast.

RPI is seeking a technically knowledgeable and highly motivated Inside Sales professional to support our growing rescue equipment division. This role requires real-world experience in water, ice, and rope rescue, combined with strong customer service and communication skills.

POSITION DETAILS
• Title: Inside Sales – RPI & MARSARS Water Rescue Systems
• Hours: 10–20 hours per week (part time)
• Location: Hybrid (Office based in Lafayette, NJ)
• Salary: Based on experience and technical knowledge

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Technical expertise in water and ice rescue
• Technical expertise in rope rescue
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to field technical questions, prepare estimates, and follow up with customers
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Emergency services background strongly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist customers with rescue equipment inquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotes
• Provide technical guidance to departments and agencies
• Support sales operations and customer communication
