💫 Our shelves are growing again!
We’re excited to now offer Green Peppercorns and Jujubes.

Green peppercorns are harvested while still underripe, then freeze-dried to preserve their fresh, bright flavor with a milder kick than traditional black pepper.

Jujubes, also known as Chinese dates, are a nutrient-dense fruit rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and polysaccharides. They’re traditionally used to support relaxation, combat oxidative stress, and boost immunity. Enjoy them as a soothing tea, or try them in tincture form. We carry both!

These are in our Sparta location for now, but can be brought to our Cookeville location upon customer request.

We love expanding our already full shelves, and we’ve got even more in the works!

We want to share a small but important update and speak honestly from the heart for a moment.

Synergy Herbal Works is a small business in the truest sense. Every item on our shelves is something we’ve carefully chosen, invested in, and brought in with intention. When a product is returned, it isn’t just a simple transaction for us, it is a real loss that directly affects our ability to keep doing what we love and serving this community.

This is especially true for manufactured products. For safety and legal reasons, we cannot resell anything that has been opened or used. That means those items become a total loss for us, and for a small business, that impact is truly significant.

Because of this, we’ve had to put clear boundaries in place around returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
A valid receipt is required
Items must be unopened, unused, and unexpired
Approved returns will be issued as store credit via gift card

We hope you can understand that this is not about being strict, it is about sustainability. It is about protecting our small business that genuinely cares about what we offer and who we serve.

Your support means everything to us. Every purchase helps keep our doors open and our mission alive.

🌿It’s allergy season in Tennessee... and Nettle is out here saving the day! 🌿

Nettle has been used for many, many years to support seasonal allergies. It’s rich in vitamins and minerals, with cooling, drying energetics. Traditionally, it’s considered nutritive, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, and alterative. Simply put. . .it’s amazing. That’s why it’s in all of our seasonal allergy supporting products.

If you’re dealing with those stubborn yearly symptoms, here are some of our favorite Synergy go-tos:

Allergies Tea, formulated by Sherri for seasonal relief, is a customer favorite. It includes nettle, which has traditionally been used to support allergy relief. Along with catnip, known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Even better, it’s not just supportive, it’s absolutely delicious too!

Allergies Tincture is another thoughtfully crafted formula by Sherri. It combines nettle with goldenrod, which is rich in quercetin and may help reduce excess mucus. Goldenseal, which is known to soothe irritated mucous membranes. Our customers claim this as a life saver this time of year.

Fire Cider with Nettle. Fire cider is well known for its anti-inflammatory and decongestant properties. With the added goodness of nettle, it becomes a powerful option for seasonal support.

So, which is best? Tea, tincture, or cider? We like to say the best choice is the one you’ll actually use!

Meet Mckinly!
We’re excited to spotlight one of our standout college students, Mckinly. She brings an uplifting energy to the workplace that makes work fun with her teammates, all while balancing college life.
I personally appreciate her attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to turn chaos into clarity as we build out systems and grow. We love her creativity and have enjoyed sharing many of her funny social media ideas. Mckinly is a true self-starter who always follows through on every task and consistently goes above and beyond. She strives for excellence in everything she does, yet stays grounded and makes the most out of life along the way.
And just between us. . . she’s an incredible baker! Her gluten free cupcakes are the best and we hope she’s willing to continue providing for us even after she graduates (hint, hint).
Her positive spirt and dedication make a lasting impression on everything she touches and we’re so grateful she’s apart of Synergy!
