Meet the team! Heather Bilderback, our Director of Sales at Addington Place! Since joining us in 2024, Heather’s journey began as a memory care coordinator in Shiloh, where she discovered her passion for working with seniors. She loves making a difference in their lives and truly values the connections she builds.
