Sparta Community Hospital District and Moody Pharmacy are moving forward with plans for SCHD to assume ownership of Moody Pharmacy in the coming weeks.

This partnership strengthens local healthcare, keeps pharmacy services close to home, and creates even better coordination between your clinic and pharmacy teams — all with the same friendly faces you know and trust.

Patients won’t see any immediate changes, and Moody’s staff will continue serving the community just as they always have.

We are open but the parking lot and sidewalks are icy. Therefore, only the drive thru window is operating. It will probably be this way all week, or until the ice melts. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
