Every client to every fitness trainer. A tale as old as time 😅

Small, but mighty 🤘🏼🖤🦇

I get this question a lot and the truth is is that it changes day to day. Some days I have hours between client sessions and others I barely have an hour. Some days I can get in a morning workout and others it has to be an afternoon or even evening workout. But what doesn’t change is my commitment I make to care for my health and that means fitting it in whenever I can with the time I have allotted to me.

With a little planning, time management, and dropping the all or nothing mentality, it has become possible to keep up with my health and fitness goals. Life is never going to align exactly how you want it all the time. Be ok with doing what you can in the time you have.

If there is a will, there is a way. 🤘🏼

Yes. My training centers around lifting heavy, but that doesn’t mean it’s ALL that I do. My training also includes daily mobility movements and foam rolling techniques, balance and stability training, weekly cardiovascular sessions, and rest. All facets playing an essential role in making sure I can live my most able life without overcomplicating it OR having it be time consuming.

I urge everyone to not only just focus on lifting as heavy as possible, but lifting as well as possible. Don’t know where to start? I get it. There is SO MUCH OUT THERE. But if you want all your bases covered, try my training app for free for 7 days in my bio. See and feel the difference for yourself with no bullsh!t.

LETS FKN GOOOO!

Nothing changes if NOTHING CHANGES.

I wanted to be my strongest, most in shape self.
I wanted to have the healthiest mind space.
I wanted to be proud of the person I am.
I wanted to put out fitness programs that can be accessed and done anywhere.
I wanted to be a personal trainer and help guide people on their own paths to becoming their healthiest self.

Everything that I wanted involved me having to break the self sabotaging pattern I was in. It meant leaving behind alcohol because it didn’t serve any good purpose in my life nor did it help me work towards the things I wanted. It actually did the opposite. Going sober was the greatest decision I could have ever made for myself.

Change isn’t easy, but neither is clinging on to bad habits hoping the outcome will be different. If you aren’t seeing the changes you want, look at your habits and patterns. Be really really honest with yourself and be brave enough to leave the thing holding you back behind.

Forever wishing I could be an anime character. I guess training like one will have to do, regardless of those that just don’t get it. 🤘🏼😉
