This class focuses on foundational movement, stability, and strength—designed for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned yogis.
We will spend time building a flow from the specific poses broken down and taught in depth (with necessary modifications for each body).
Start strong or level up—this class builds a solid foundation while giving experienced yogis room to refine and challenge their practice.
