Update- From the east the studio is still easily accessible. From the west you will have to thread through the neighborhood. Parking is fine.
I did unplug the water dispenser as we are under a boil advisory. Please being your own water until we get the all clear!

Oh my heart….the attention to detail and creativity in the studio last night was amazing. 
Thank you to all the “littles” of Sparta for not only understanding the mission but absolutely knocking it out of the park! I loved all of your ornaments and the sidewalk chalk art you created makes outside magical! ♥️

We will be able to donate $100 to Boots for Troops and are grateful you all joined us last night to color ornaments. 🇺🇸

We can’t wait for tonight. The studio will be open. Cedar Creek Bees and Trees is here with honey, maple syrup, and fun stocking stuffers.
We have christmas ornaments, waiting to be filled with color by your littles♥️. We are suggesting a $1 donation to color an ornament. We will be donating all $$ to The Boots For Troops emergency travel fund for active duty service members.

Cedar Creek Bees and Trees will be in the studio on Friday the 21st, during the festivities in town. Honey, maple syrup, stocking stuffers, and simple honey drink kits will be available to purchase.

Things are getting pretty dreamy at the studio. Take time to settle into breath and be kind to your entire being. Everyone deserves a chance to slow down and just be. Only you can give yourself the gift of time.

7pm on Weds and Sundays.
Wednesdays class offers breathwork and gentle movemenr, followed by a sound bath.

Sundays provide time for both a seeking and falling stretch. Supported postures help to find space in your body.

Decisions, Decisions.

Core or legs? Core or legs? Hmmm- Maybe both. What about arms? Can’t forget arms.

Ball, Blocks, resistance bands, or wheel? Hmmmm…..which ones to use, which ones to use?

Lucky for you- both classes today offer the chance to experience the joy felt by the answer to all of these questions.

Dynamic Balance at 4:30pm marries mat pilates, mobility, vinyasa style movement and a deeper stretch.

5:45pm mat pilates is exactly that. Floor based exercises focused on strengthening and toning the body.

Both are a good time.

Come see how strong you really are - but in a fun way. Today is the day!

This delightful human wandered through the studio doors, two weeks ago, and 2 hrs later (insert laughing, tears, and far too many “you’ve got to be kidding me” laters) we were convinced we HAD to collaborate.

Life is busy…and crazy…and hard sometimes though. We tried many times to coordinate when and how we would put our brains together. Things kept coming up and the hard part of life kept getting in our way. Unexpected deaths and meetings for probate and….. sometimes time just gets away from you. (Especially when your name is Ellen and ADD is real.)

But- it’s happening. She is officially here.

Meet Laura. Tomorrow night (Weds) at 7pm she will be offering a class which will help you to reconnect your mind and body. She will use breathwork, movement, and sound to help you hit the best kind of reset button.

I’m going….Kaley is going…and we think you should go too.

I have never experienced a sound bath, as part of my practice, and I’m sooo excited to see what it’s all about. Laura includes sound in most of her offerings.

Over the next few weeks we will be sharing a bit more about the team here at Elements Movement. What makes us tick- what challenges us- what grounds us- what brings us joy- and what ticks us off. Michelle, Laura, and I are ready to share our thoughts with you all.

We want you to know this is a space where you are free to be you…a space of support, love, and laughter. A space where questions are answered by everyone in the room. A space where you can find your strength at the same time you are falling down. Cuz trust us…we are falling down too!

Are you looking forward to the Sparta Turkey Trot? We are too!!

We are also excited to support your Turkey Trot training! Stretching is an essential part of preparing for a 5K — it helps you stay strong, prevent injury, and recover with ease.

Because every good trot, deserves a good stretch- we will be offering Turkey Trot Prep and Stretch Classes.
Each class will be 30 minutes with an optional 15 minute guided meditation and/or breath work session after. Focus will be on Gratitude!

Each class is $8 and will take place at 9am on Saturday mornings until November 22nd. *November 15th's class will take place on Sunday November 16th instead, as we will be participating in Christmas on the Ridge.

On a personal note, somehow I was able to talk my husband and daughter into joining me. I have started the Couch to 5k training program- as I haven't been able to run since having hip surgery. I'm abnormally excited about this...just to give you a heads up! 😁

So much to be Thankful for...including movement.
