To keep things running smoothly and respectfully for all clients:
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling
• No-shows will be charged a fee that must be paid before rebooking
• Full payment is due at the time of service (no payment plans at this time)
