• Wall Slide + Lift-Off → scapular + cuff control
• Apley Scratch (behind-back reach) → internal rotation & scap control
• Seated Thoracic Rotation → mid-back mobility for clean overheads
Pass = smooth, no rib flare, no pinch.
Fail = shrugging, asymmetry, stiff rotation, or that familiar top-front pinch.
