Here at Valley Falls Terrace we are getting ready for the spookiest time of the year..... HALLOWEEN!
On Thursday October 23, 2025 we here at Valley Falls will be hosting a treat or trick inside of our facility for children of all ages
!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! There will be 2 events with separate times to attend
Event 1: Will start at 11:00 a.m. for All daycare centers/homeschoolers
Event 2: Will start at 4:00p.m for all ages

We are currently accepting candy and prize donations until the day of our event, fun will include games, prizes, stations, treats, and more....
Costumes are strongly encouraged
Volunteers and family strongly encouraged to attend

February is not only a time for celebrating Valentine’s Day but it’s also American Heart Month, a time when all people can focus on their cardiovascular health and raise their awareness about heart disease.

Taking care of your health has never been more important and thankfully there are many ways you can reduce your risk for developing heart disease. Being physically active, eating healthier foods, getting enough sleep, not smoking, and finding healthy ways to reduce stress can help prevent heart disease.
