This is the last week we’re collecting items for The Spartanburg Soup Kitchen. Please help us support the Spartanburg community by donating. If you can’t make it by the office feel free to also drop off your items at The Spartanburg Soup Kitchen or visit their website to find more ways to donate/help.
They are in need of the basics for cooking as they are predicitng they will be providing meals for more people with the upcoming holidays.

-Canned goods (any kind)
-Flour
-Butter
-Buttermilk
-Cornmeal
-Salt
-Pepper

They also take donations to provide snacks and additional meals for the families they serve. A list of those items can be seen in the picture on this post.

“I first visited Movement Chiropractic for massage therapy from Kayla. Massage therapy was recommended by the chiropractor that I was seeing at the time for considerable hip, back, and shoulder pain. Massage therapy wasn’t a service that my chiropractor offered. After several bi weekly or monthly visits with Kayla, I noticed that I was feeling better from the massage than from the adjustments I was getting from my chiropractor.
