Posture involves more than just core strength. Weak shoulders and rotator cuffs can significantly contribute to poor posture as we age, particularly leading to slouching. 🏋️‍♂️In our CLIMB class, we are continuing to focus on improving posture and upper body stability through exercises such as bent rows, serratus shrugs, and short-arc shoulder abduction. 💪
