Advanced Therapy Solutions (Abernathy Hwy location), on the westside of Spartanburg, South Carolina is seeking a FULL time Physical Therapist (36+ hours per week) for our outpatient orthopedic location. We are open Monday to Friday, treating a diverse population from teens to geriatrics with reasonable caseload expectations.

Full-time benefits include:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
- Continued education reimbursement with access to Medbridge subscription.
- Medical insurance (75% of premium)
- 401K plan participation after one year of employment.
- Paid time off

Conditions treated include post-op knee/shoulder, geriatric conditions including balance and arthritic conditions, post-op spine, and sports medicine clients. Experience with therapeutic dry needling is a PLUS!

Appointments are 40-45 minutes, so you have time to build your patient-therapist relationship!

Meet Our Team: Heather Brown

We'd love to introduce you to Heather Brown, who recently rejoined our ATS family! Heather originally started with us back in 2004 and returned this summer, bringing her wealth of experience and infectious energy back to our team.

📋 Role: Physical Therapy Assistant
📅 Original ATS team member since June 2004, rejoined July 2025
🎂 Birthday: January 22nd

Getting to know Heather:
💃 Loves dancing and karaoke singing on the Smule App
👫 Married to Travis for 28 years (anniversary May 10th)
👨‍🦰 Proud mom to Brady, her 19-year-old son
🐕 Reluctant but loving dog mom to Bug, a 2-year-old Red C**n Hound (her son's "surprise" purchase)
🎉 Enjoys hanging out with friends and having a good time

Heather's fun-loving spirit and years of experience make her a wonderful addition to our patients' care team. Her sense of humor about life's surprises (like unexpected family pets!) and her dedication to both her family and career show the heart she brings to everything she does.
