Homemade shower steamers!

I made these as a gift for a friend and she loved them. So I made some for our house. It only has two ingredients, baking soda and water. They are great for when you are not feeling well, put a couple of drops of essential oils and throw it into the shower.

Why Sourdough pancakes!

It's easier on your digestive system.
Has a lower impact on blood sugar. Contains prebiotics. It also has more readily available nutrients, the organisms in sourdough break down the phytate complex in flour, making the minerals in the flour more available for the body to absorb. Also I can't forget to add how good they are!!!
