"I want to start by saying how much I love this course. I have been able to incorporate so much into my life, as well as feeling validated in some of those things that I had been working on already. I have had many favorite lessons, such as creating sacred space, journaling, holding myself accountable and being assigned the greatest accountability partner. Decluttering my home and my head and learning to be present in the moment.
