When pressure hits, you don’t rise to your expectations.
You fall to your training.

Stress exposes your baseline.

If your nervous system is always rushed,
your breathing shallow,
your body tense…
that’s what shows up when life gets hard.

But when you train regulation,
train presence,
train your breath and body…

That becomes your baseline too.

Calm under pressure isn’t luck.
It’s practice.

Fitness is the Doorway

Final Move Fitness began officially in August 2013, but realistically, the vision of this company was created long before by the Founder and CEO, Josh Seiler. Having been involved in the Fitness Industry for some years, Josh saw a glitch in the system. The glitch; quantity over quality and this was allowing too many amazing fitness professionals to fall through the cracks and leading to many wonderful clients to become a number in the system. There was little emphasis on teaching sustainable health and wellness.

Final Move Fitness was created to offer a holistic and personalized approach that gives clients the tools for sustainability and self optimization. Our Fitness Coaches are not paid on commission and their only job is support, guide and hold clients accountable to their wellness goals. Our main focal points are physical fitness (via personal training sessions), nutritional guidance (leading to intuitive eating) and mindfulness techniques (stress management and self optimization) that develop the high performer within.

We’ve restructured the system so that our Fitness Coaches get to have a career they are passionate about and our clients receive the highest quality experience and guidance while working on their wellness goals!
