PSA for Evening Appointments

Evening appointments are outside of my normal business hours (9 AM – 4 PM) and are reserved specifically for clients who need that time.

When you book an evening spot, I am staying late and giving up time with my family to accommodate you.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please give me a heads up. No-shows for evening appointments will no longer be tolerated and may require prepayment to rebook.

I value your time, and I ask that you respect mine as well.

How to Reach Me (Without Playing Phone Tag 😅)

If you call and I don’t answer, I promise I’m not ignoring you… I’m probably elbows deep in knots, fixing someone’s shoulders, or being a mom.

The best way to reach me is by text or Facebook Messenger. I can usually reply between clients much faster than I can return missed calls or check voicemails.

Think of it this way:
📞 Calls = may take me a bit
💬 Text/Messenger = much faster response

Why some people feel discomfort a day or two after massage:
• Tissues that have been tight or guarded for years are adjusting
• Increased circulation can temporarily wake up sensitive areas
• The nervous system is responding to change
• Older injuries and aging joints may need more time to settle
• Gentle work can still create a response as the body recalibrates

This type of soreness is usually a temporary response, not an injury and it’s one reason sessions are intentionally gentle and thoughtfully spaced.
