To help Spearman PTO rebuild their funds, we are doing a 40-spot fundraiser board for a chance to win a Year of Massage donated by Hometown Healing Massage Therapy.

💆‍♀️ Prize:
12 monthly 30-minute massages
($660 value)

🎟 How it works:
• 40 spots available (numbers 1–40)
• $40 per spot
• Comment the number(s) you would like
• Once PTO confirms payment, your name will be placed on the board
• Spots will be updated as payments are confirmed

💰 Payment:
All funds will be submitted directly to Spearman PTO via PTO Venmo or to a PTO board member.

• Prize expires 12 months from first redeemed session

Why some people feel discomfort a day or two after massage:
• Tissues that have been tight or guarded for years are adjusting
• Increased circulation can temporarily wake up sensitive areas
• The nervous system is responding to change
• Older injuries and aging joints may need more time to settle
• Gentle work can still create a response as the body recalibrates

This type of soreness is usually a temporary response, not an injury and it’s one reason sessions are intentionally gentle and thoughtfully spaced.
