Hansford Manor Hansford Manor residents and staff's day to day LIVING in our facility. Hansford Manor is an 84 bed facility located in Spearman, Texas.

The Manor is part of the Hansford County Hospital District, and is adjoined to the hospital. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy to our residents, along with day to day activities and fun to improve the quality of our residents life. Residents and their families are important to us; quality outcomes are our number one objective.
