Servolution Health Services began as a non-profit free clinic located in the old Powell Valley Vocational School building in Speedwell, Tenn. In November 2017, SHS received designation as a Rural Health Clinic which enables us to not only see uninsured patients but also insured patients, including TennCare and Medicare. We also offer options for self-pay.
