Rooted In Resonance Retreat

Hello everyone,

I am still vibrating with the energy from our first Rooted in Resonance class. To say it was "fabulous" feels like an understatement—there was a profound shift in the room, and I felt a collective state of relaxation that many of us haven’t tapped into in a very long time.

As we crossed the threshold of the Spring Equinox, it was the perfect season for rebirth. Together, we moved through physical and emotional baggage, clearing space for the new growth ahead.

I was so moved by your feedback and experiences:

Deblyn described the journey as "very shamanic."

Jeanne discovered that healing wisdom can be found in the most unexpected places (even the bathroom!).

Susie shared that she could actually feel the crystal selenite wands tingling as the energy began to shift.

Jeanne also noted the physical sensation of lymph movement through her arms.

Because of the powerful breakthroughs we witnessed, I am considering launching a dedicated newsletter. This would be a space where we can further explore the specific healing methods and tools I used during our session, helping you maintain that state of resonance in your daily life.
