Well… that blizzard definitely gave everyone a workout. ❄️

Shoveling snow might be the Midwest’s most unexpected gym membership… except it usually leaves you with a sore back and tight shoulders instead of abs.

Take 30 seconds today to stretch them out.
Step one foot forward into a gentle lunge, keep your chest tall, and feel the stretch through the front of the back hip.

A little stretch now can save your back later.
