Have your kiddo sit tall, bring the bottoms of their feet together, and gently let their knees fall out to the sides.

Hold for 15–20 seconds and repeat a few times.

Great for helping loosen up hips after all that running, jumping, and playing 🙌

And honestly… this one’s great for parents too 😉

Seated Figure-4 Stretch

Sitting a lot can make the hips and low back feel tight.
Try this simple seated stretch to help loosen the glutes and hips.

1️⃣ Sit tall with both feet on the floor
2️⃣ Cross one ankle over the opposite knee
3️⃣ Lean forward gently until you feel the stretch

Hold for 20–30 seconds each side.

Your hips and low back will thank you later. 🙌

Well… that blizzard definitely gave everyone a workout. ❄️

Shoveling snow might be the Midwest’s most unexpected gym membership… except it usually leaves you with a sore back and tight shoulders instead of abs.

If you're feeling a little stiff today, you're not alone. Adjustments and acupuncture can help your body loosen up and recover after all that snow moving.

Tight hip flexors are one of the biggest contributors to low back discomfort, especially if you sit a lot during the day.

Take 30 seconds today to stretch them out.
Step one foot forward into a gentle lunge, keep your chest tall, and feel the stretch through the front of the back hip.

A little stretch now can save your back later.
