🎄 Holiday Whole-Body Stretch of the Week 🎄
The holidays may be full of joy, lights, and laughter—but they can also bring extra stress, tight muscles, and long hours on your feet. This week, take a moment to reset with a simple Full-Body Reach & Release Stretch.
✨ How to Do It:
1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Take a deep breath in and reach both arms overhead, lengthening through your entire spine.
3. Slowly lean side to side, feeling that stretch from your shoulders down to your low back.
4. Exhale and fold forward gently, letting your arms hang and your back unwind.
5. Roll up one vertebra at a time and finish with a shoulder roll.
