🍂 Stretch of the Day: Fall Full-Body Reset!
As the weather cools and we settle into November routines, the body can start to feel a little tighter. Here’s a quick stretch to keep you loose, warm, and moving your best all season long:
🧘♀️ Full Body Standing Stretch
1️⃣ Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart
2️⃣ Reach both arms up overhead like you’re gathering a big armful of cozy fall leaves
3️⃣ Interlock your fingers and stretch toward the sky
4️⃣ Breathe in deeply… then gently lean to the right like a tree in the autumn breeze
5️⃣ Inhale back to center, and lean to the left
6️⃣ Take one more deep breath as you reach up tall, then slowly lower your arms
🍁 This opens the spine, stretches the shoulders, and keeps your muscles loose during the colder months.
