When it comes to the history of western Travis County, not much is known. But local historian Elaine Perkins made it her task to collect existing stories, memories and records and to make a book, capturing what life was like in the Texas Hill Country in the late 1800s.

3814 Deer Trail, Spicewood, TX is the closest house to the cemetery. It is almost directly across from it. If you get down to street level, the cemetery is on your right. -Wendy

It's great to see more family members on this page! I think I spoke with Kaye Wallace Ferry one year at the Wallace reunion in Junction several years ago (probably more like 5-10 years ago). It was a year when there were genealogy charts on the wall at the VFW. -Wendy
